Povljana is a small town on the southwest coast of the Pag island, it allows our guests to enjoy the beauty of both the Mediterranean region and the Velebit mountains causing particular admiration. Povljana offers our guests countless opportunities of 30 kilometers of bicycle paths, hiking trails, enjoying the football fields, tennis fields, a real paradise for surfers and kite boarders when a summer breeze raises. Our guests can enjoy numerous historic and archaeological sites such as the Church of St. Martin and St. Nicholas as in Roman architecture in the area of Prutna where there are archaeological remains of healing mud Roman baths. Nature lovers can enjoy a number of colonies of birds that are found in the ornithological reserves Small and Big mud and also sea and freshwater fishing activites.
